Sizing & Length
How do I choose the right length? +
Our abayas are sized by length (52"–60"), measured shoulder to hem. Measure from your shoulder to where you'd like the hem to fall. When in doubt, size up; hems are easy to adjust.
What if the length isn't right? +
We offer a 7-day exchange on length and fit for unworn pieces. See Returns & Refunds.
Do hijabs and accessories have sizes? +
No — hijabs, scarves and accessories are one-size. Only abayas use length sizing.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered island-wide, typically in 2–4 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking.
How much is delivery? +
A flat Rs 400 island-wide, and free on orders over Rs 15,000.
Do you ship internationally? +
Not yet — but message us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Payment & Ordering
How do I place an order? +
Add pieces to your bag and tap Order on WhatsApp. We build the message for you — just add your name and address and send. We confirm everything personally.
How do I pay? +
Cash on delivery island-wide, or bank transfer / online payment if you prefer — we'll share details on WhatsApp.
Is online payment required? +
Never. There's no card form on our site. You pay when your order arrives, or by transfer if you choose.
Returns & Care
Can I return or exchange? +
Yes — within 7 days, unworn with tags. Full details on the Returns page.
How do I care for my abaya? +
Most pieces are cold hand-wash or gentle machine wash; Nida and crepe are best dry-cleaned or cold-washed and hung to dry. Care notes are on each product page.
