Welcome to Noor. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Noor ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all visitors and customers. We may update them at any time; the version published here governs your use.

2. Products & pricing

We aim to display colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible, though screens may vary. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability without notice.

3. Orders

Orders are placed via WhatsApp from your shopping bag. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will notify you.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery island-wide, and bank transfer or online payment where arranged. No card details are collected on this website.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our delivery details in the FAQ.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by Noor or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
